Hi. I'm one of these graduate student types who believes one day he'll get a PhD and rule the world. I have never been a builder, I've never been an admin. I haven't played a million MUDs (or even 10) and I am unacquainted with the history or lineages of any codebases. So, naturally, I'm coding and building my own, from scratch. Sounds like a recipe for success, doesn't it? By the way, that is me in the picture, walking down the hallway (where I used to live, LA does not require coats.)
