I first got into muds sometime in the late 80's or early 90's. Back then I went by the name of MuttRulz (yea, not the most original but oh well). After playing for awhile I started getting into building. After doing that for a few years one of my friends (and now current roommate) got me somehow started on coding. I was already into programming at the time so it seemed like the next logical step for me. That is what really exploded me into the whole field of Computer Science the most. Suddenly I found myself going from enthusiast to professional and working with the stuff on a daily basis both in my work life and in my home life. I suppose I could go into alot more details but I will leave it at that. Lets just say after a several year hiatus I have decided to return to MUD's and programming and am just hoping I can pick back up right where I left off. About me personally I am 6'3" weigh about 265lbs , was formerly a member of the United States Marine Corp. Aside from that I work during the day for Dotster Inc as a Tech and trying to move to sys admin and at nite I am starting my own company YetiCave Studio. |
