I have two now :(. Maybe that shouldn't be allowed. I created a new one, hit create topic, it created, all the values stayed as they are, then I clicked create topic again cause I'm crazy, and, well, here I am. Talking to myself. And I have a broken image (I actually didn't select one)

I went to 'My Forums' and opted to create a new Forum. I filled out the information in the form then submitted. It created it fine! Just, it didn't reset the fields within the form so when I accidently clicked it again, I got two of the same forum. I also opted not to add an image to the thread and it shows a broken thread. Maybe it should have the No Image thing or just, not one at all?

Fixed the No Image image appearing broken, and should have the form reset fixed now on topic creation. Thanks for the bug reports! :) -Iccy
